Welcome to Incoex Tracker ("we", "our", or "the app"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Incoex Tracker on your Android or iOS device. Please read it carefully. If you disagree with any terms, please discontinue use of the app.

Incoex Tracker collects only the information you directly enter into the app:

• Transaction records — title, amount, category, date, and optional notes
• App preferences — selected currency, language, budget limit, and feature toggles
• Biometric lock preference (enabled/disabled) — no biometric data is ever stored or transmitted

All data entered into Incoex Tracker is stored exclusively on your device using:

• SQLite — for transaction records, stored in the app's private sandboxed directory
• SharedPreferences — for app settings and preferences

This data is only accessible by the Incoex Tracker app. It is subject to your device's built-in security — including device PIN, password, and full-disk encryption if enabled.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your data to any third party under any circumstances.

The only time data leaves your device is when you explicitly choose to export it using the built-in Export feature (CSV or PDF). In that case:

• The export file is created locally on your device
• You choose where to share it — via email, messaging apps, cloud storage, etc.
• We have no access to or knowledge of any exported files

Incoex Tracker does not integrate with any advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers.

Incoex Tracker offers an optional biometric lock (fingerprint or face recognition) to protect access to the app.

• Biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system (Android BiometricPrompt / iOS LocalAuthentication)
• No biometric data (fingerprint templates, face data, etc.) is accessed, stored, or transmitted by Incoex Tracker
• We only receive a boolean result: authenticated or not

Incoex Tracker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Since the app does not collect any personal information from any user (adult or child), there is no risk of children's data being stored or transmitted.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Access: Open the app at any time to view all your data
• Export: Use Settings → Export Data to download a copy as CSV or PDF
• Delete: Use Settings → Clear All Data to permanently delete all transaction records
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the app removes all data permanently from your device

There is no account to delete and no server-side data to request removal of.

We take the security of your financial data seriously. Protection measures include:

• App data stored in a sandboxed private directory inaccessible to other apps
• Optional biometric lock to prevent unauthorized access
• No network transmission — no data in transit to intercept
• Compatibility with Android full-disk encryption and iOS Data Protection

The most effective security measure is your device's own lock screen. We recommend keeping your device PIN or password enabled.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable laws. When we do:

• The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
• Significant changes will be noted in the app's update release notes

Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
